The SCD1 system is suitable for users with existing light sources to collect IV data of batteries or small components.

The system is equipped with a fixture and a data acquisition system.

The system can scan IV curve, calculate the parameters of solar cells, generate printable test reports, and save test data in text files. The scanning range, direction and speed are adjustable.

Basic features of the system:

Designed for use with customer solar simulators and test fixtures

Voltage range ±2.0 V and ±10.0 V

Current range ±0.1 mA to ±1.0 Ampere

Calculate solar cell parameters including open circuit voltage, short circuit current, JSC, Vmax, Imax, maximum power and efficiency

Measuring IV characteristics of light and dark

Test device installation and fixture contact using a 4-wire interface
