Dual optical path technology
Dual optical path means that the equipment has two independent optical paths for sample and reference. The dual optical path design can measure the spectra of the sample and reference light sources at the same time, avoiding the time-sharing measurement of the sample and reference spectra, so the reflectance and transmittance measurement of the sample can be completed quickly. Since the dual optical path design increases the complexity of the equipment, generally only high-end laboratory instruments and equipment will adopt the dual optical path design.
