Product Introduction:
MICROTOPS II Is a 5-channel aerosol optical thickness precision measurement Handheld sun light meter . Direct solar radiation can be measured and stored at 5 non-continuous wavelengths. MICROTOPS has the same accuracy as other large and expensive instruments. The optional GPS receiver provides convenience for field measurements. The user can select 5 from 8 WMO wavelength filters or specify up to 5 custom wavelengths.
MICROTOPS II sunphotometer can measure aerosol optical depth and solar direct radiation at all selected wavelengths. The wavelengths of 936+870+1020nm, 936+870 and 936+1020 can be used to measure water vapor column.

  7. Computer Interface: The acquired data can be transferred to a PC via a serial interface (RS232). MICROTOPS Organizer is a Windows-based software for automatic data retrieval and archiving.
