Latest tools developed for perovskite-silicon tandem support industry's move toward high-volume production
The LIS-R MJ is the evolution of BT Imaging’s top-of-the-line LIS-R series of production and R&D solutions. In addition to the existing LIS-R3 capabilities, the LIS-R MJ adds the ability to image individual subcells and interlayer properties in perovskite-silicon tandem stacks and other complex cell structures. In addition, supporting proprietary software capabilities reveal and address challenges that hinder high-volume stacked cell production. BT Imaging is very much looking forward to continuing to develop this tool with partners to address the requirements of new complex cell production barriers.
