IV21 measures the IV characteristics of solar cells and can measure silicon solar cells up to 210mm x 210mm. The system automatically calculates key parameters such as open circuit voltage, short circuit current, JSC, Vmax, Imax, maximum power and efficiency and more.

Fully automatic solar simulator shutter control
The system can scan voltage from reverse bias state to Voc. It forms an accurate IV curve in voltage and current form. The system uses a computer to collect data, calculate the parameters of the solar cell, generate a printable test report, and save the test data in a text file. The scanning range, direction and speed are adjustable.
