IV10 Solar Cell IV Measurement System is designed for small solar cells. Irradiation area 100mm x 100mm, Class ABA solar simulator (Class AAA optional). The device measures IV characteristic curves and calculates key parameters such as open circuit voltage, short circuit current Isc, Jsc, Vmax, Imax, maximum power and efficiency.
The system includes the light source and measurement equipment required to measure the IV curve of solar cell units 10 cm x 10 cm and smaller samples. The solar simulator illuminates the test area, and the electronic load scans the area voltage from the reverse bias state to Voc. Accurate IV curve in voltage and current form. The system uses a computer to collect data, calculate the parameters of the solar cell, generate a printable test report, and save the test data in a text file. The scanning range, direction and speed are adjustable.
