Solar cell defect tester, widely used in defect detection of single crystal, polycrystalline and thin film solar cells and modules, including imaging analysis of defects before lamination, after lamination, and caused by string welding;
The solar cell defect detector is a special instrument developed based on the electroluminescence principle of solar cells for internal defect detection of solar cell modules. According to the difference in the luminous brightness of the cells in the solar cells/modules, it can clearly display the cracks (including hidden cracks and visible cracks), inferior cells and welding defects in the modules.
