Professional solar cell IV tester, equipped with internationally certified AAA-level steady-state solar simulator and related test accessories, can quickly and accurately measure, grade and sort the IV performance of solar cells; Integrating steady-state AAA-level solar simulator, professional IV test software, test original table and special test fixture and other accessories, it can comprehensively evaluate the photoelectric performance of solar cells; In addition to basic test functions, it also has dark condition IV curve measurement (parallel resistance and leakage current measurement), temperature coefficient α (mA/oC), β (mV/oC), γ (mW/°C) measurement, reliability and life analysis (IV curve vs time) and IEC60891 & ASTM E1036-96 standardized measurement;
