RAYSCIENCE's MicroPhase-DCM200 digital confocal microscope can efficiently observe and measure special and academically significant sensitive surfaces in various fields such as industrial production and research, medicine, archeology and criminal investigation.

A precision digital confocal module is connected to the optical microscope you use. It collects and measures the surface microscopic morphology of your sample at a high-speed longitudinal scanning rate of 30 frames per second, thereby obtaining an accurate, three-dimensional, high-resolution black and white or true color surface morphology image.

The easy-to-use software provides many analysis options, including roughness and waviness measurement, step height evaluation and particle analysis, etc. User-defined test reports can combine images and various measurement results, which will greatly expand your research space and increase your work efficiency.
