16S-300-009 is a light source for pre-irradiation testing of PMMA panels. It complies with the broad spectrum in vitro testing standards for sunscreens established by COPLIPA, FDA, JCIA, Australian and ISO.
The emission spectrum complies with the COLIPA standard adopted by the FDA. The light source is vertically irradiated with a diameter of 75mm, and a square PMMA plate of 2 square inches can be tested. The temperature rise of the PMMA plate is less than 0.2℃.
The irradiation cycle of 4MEDs effective dose is 23 minutes. The dose value can be obtained by the PMA2101 detector, which can effectively respond to the erythema spectrum to obtain the effective irradiation value. The PMA2100 data recording radiometer can accurately record the dose value. The PMA2100 radiometer can also automatically control the dose of the light source to ensure the dose reaching the PMMA plate.
If you need a higher flux, we can provide the LS1000-4S-009 light source. A 4-square-inch square spot can irradiate 4 PMMA plates at the same time. If necessary, we can provide a 6X6 square-inch spot light source, which can irradiate 9 PMMA plates at the same time.
