Is 2D or 3D camera-assisted probe positioning required?

The camera can automatically locate and insert the needle, saving a lot of engineer time. 90% Customers will choose features that include camera positioning

What is the grid line spacing to be measured?

Fixed pitch probes below 1.0mm can be customized according to customer requirements. Other range pitch probes are as follows:
1.0-1.2mm
1.2-1.8mm
1.8-2.4mm
2.4-3.0mm

Is four-probe capability required?

If the customer already has a four-probe tester, we generally do not recommend that the customer purchase it. Using the four-probe tester requires replacing the probe and test bench, which takes about 15 minutes. In addition, the cost will increase by 8,000 euros.

Exit TLM software first
1. Open TLM-SCAN.ini (path C:\TLM-SCANVnidat\TLM-SCAN.ini)
2. Find [Registration]Main= in the text
3. Replace the content after Main= with RJEWTM8J2FTNWMain=RJEWTM8J2FTN
